It has been said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

And so it must follow that my journey into this new adventure must begin with a single word and so I say “Welcome”. Welcome to ANCORA where I will continue to share more of my recipes, stories and travel adventures as well as a few pictures. So come along with me on my new journey.

As most of you know, this is me….

Benvenuto! I’m Anita, a fiercely proud first generation American and equally proud of my Italian heritage. My husband, Charlie keep busy with 4 grown children, nine grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. As you follow along with me, I’ll have many recipes and many more stories to share.
